Name:
Jaxon Black
Age:
16
Year:
6th
House:
Ravenclaw
Blood Line: Half
Personality:
If you ever needed a person who was witty, quite cunning and generally a good friend, you could always come to Jaxon. If you also needed someone cheeky, impatient and sometimes bad tempered, you could also come to Jaxon. Those six things in short sum up Jaxon as a person. He's not a bad person, he would hate to be thought of as a bad or evil person but he's not an angel either.
Attitude is a word often used around Jaxon. He's certainly got a lot of it. He hates to think of it as 'attitude' which is the phrase quite often used by his parents and teachers and prefers to think of it as being witty. Witty remarks often escape the boy’s lips, quite often rude or cheeky remarks but as he says himself, he can't help it. It's like snoring; you can't help it if you snore. With Jaxon, you either love him or you hate him.
Patience is a virtue that's the saying but Jaxon can't stand waiting around for people to turn up, for buses to turn up, for people to finish what they're doing. He is probably the most impatient person you have ever met and the most fidgety. He cannot sit still for five minutes. Especially if it involves being patient. He has to tap his feet, drum his fingers across the desk, twirl his quill or wand through his fingers, doodle, pace, talk, twiddle his thumbs, swing on his chair or fiddle with his sleeves or anything that doesn't involve sitting still and being encase with boredom.
Jaxon hates nothing more than being bored. Being bored normally occurs whilst being impatient which triggers the switch in his brain to become bad tempered. Which usually results in him snapping at someone. If that someone is trying to wind him up, they will undoubtedly succeed because Jaxon becomes wound up very easily when he is bored or in a bad mood. Getting wound up normally ends up with wands being drawn.
So the above things make Jaxon seem like a bad tempered person. But he is a nice guy. So he may not be very patient but if you ever needed a good friend to talk to, Jaxon would be there for you. So he is impatient and gets bored easily but not if you need a good chat or you want something off your chest. For two reasons. One: He's nosy. No doubting it, he likes to know everything about anyone but not to gossip. Jaxon hates nasty viscous rumour spreading people he swears he will never sink that low but he likes to be informed and no the news. The second reason: He likes to help and feel like a good friend. He values friendship highly so will try and help any of his friends who need it though he lacks in the sympathetic words of comfort department it's the thought that counts and his heart is most defiantly in the right place.
History:
Born on October 31 Jaxon Samuel Black he spent the first few years of his life being prodded and poked by his older sister Jess. Jaxon soon grew to dislike her always handling him, poking him and dressing him like a doll. But his sister grew up fast as she was already 11 when Jaxon was born. She soon grew out of annoying Jax, which was a relief, though they had copious amounts of arguments.
His years at Hogwarts were scattered with detentions, reading, sneaking into the Forbidden Forest, detentions, more reading, exploring and more detentions. But that was until his owl year when everything in Jaxon's books became a lot more serious a lot of the teachers were confused by his sudden change in behavior but exams are very important to Jaxon especially O.W.Ls and he spent his 5th year concentrating hard on his studies and got into no trouble at all. But now he's finished his hard work and is determined to make his 6th year an eventful one as undoubtedly he is going to be troubled with his N.E.W.Ts next year.
Appearance:
~The hair~
Hair is a burden to Jaxon. For starters he hates the colour of his own. A light brown usually described as mousy and to Jaxon that is not a good colour. His hair used o be fairly long, falling uneatley around his face, often flicking out at the ends. But he grew tied of the look and always having to sweep it out of his eyes so he got it cut shorter. When wet or not styled it falls in weird layers around his face and Jaxon lets no one see his hair like that. He normally goes for the 'just got out of bed' look.
~The Face~
A pale peach tone, Jaxon's face is evenly shaped and curves smoothly into a pointed chin. He has high cheekbones and arched eyebrows that frame his oval shaped watery blue eyes. His lips are a pale pink and often bare a smile. Jaxon always expresses his emotions by smiling or through his eyes.
~The Body~
Standing at an average height of 5 feet 3 inches, Jaxon is neither big nor small. He doesn't stand out from the crowd, just blends into the background. He is definitely not skinny though people say he needs more weight on him. He has broad shoulders and is built like a young athlete but Jaxon would not say he was athletically fit.
~The fashion~
His usual attire when not wearing school robes consists of muggle jeans, t-shirt and trainers. Comfortable wear, suitable for the weather or occasion. Though he hates looking to smart and likes to fit in. Jaxon is quite fussy when it comes to clothes and won't wear anything too tight; too lose, too long or too short. He also has to be absolutely sure the item of clothing suits him before he goes out in public wearing it.

the dungeon door banged open and the class fell silent at once. Snape strolled slowly to the front watching the students through narrowed eyes as he sat himself down behind his desk at the front of the room. He pulled out his wand and held it in his right hand. Of course he couldn’t use it on the students, but it looked all the more intimidating. He surveyed the class all were Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw 5th years. “Which one of you,’” He spoke slowly and in a deadly whisper to give them the impression that he was angry. Very angry.
“Tried but was obviously unsuccessful in breaking into my private stores?” His voice had been rising as he spoke. He couldn’t help but keep the anger from his voice. He didn’t know where all his rage was coming from but it was important that he found out whom the criminal was. Unfortunately, there was no way it was Potter. Or his ignorant little friends. He watched the class; every pair of scared eyes was on him all of them were boring into his as though trying to deny it was they. He could look into them all, find out who it was but Dumbledore would never forgive him then.
Instead he raised his wand and it let out a loud bang like a gunshot. The class jumped a foot in the air in unison, it was quite amusing. “We will sit here, in this classroom for the rest of eternity if we have to.” He told them in the same dangerous voice. “So the sooner you own up the better, the longer you leave it, the worse the punishment will be.” He ran his own black eyes past every student and after one lap around the class; a Hufflepuff boy raised his hand. Snape stood up slowly and made his way around the desk and towards the boy in the second row whose hand dropped instantly when Snape’s face was a foot from his. “Detention. Every day this week and the next.” He stared into the boys terrified face he could tell it was he; he didn’t even need to use legilemency.
He straightened up and made his way to the black bored where he waved his wand and the day’s work wrote itself on the board. His back still turned away from the class he announced, “And thirty points will be taken from Hufflepuff.” He lowered his wand and sat back down at his desk, picking up his quill he said. “Work. Follow the instructions.” And he heard a shuffling of hurried footsteps as he put quill to parchment.
